scars..we all have them
What's worse, new wounds which are so horribly painful or old wounds that should've healed years ago and never did? Maybe our old wounds teach us something. They remind us where we've been and what we've overcome. They teach us lessons about what to avoid in the future. That's what we like to think. But that's not the way it is, is it? Some things we just have to learn over and over and over again

Scars..,
Will always be there,
Never gone,
For us to feel, again and again..
We feel like there is no tomorrow,
Just yesterdays,
Mingled with sorrow,
And lonely bays..
As we travel this bumpy road of life,
We say prayers of hope,
Begging our God,
Not to let the scars,
Grow so tough and callous,
That we can no longer feel..
Our faith tells us not to be afraid,
Scars..,
Let 'em be felt,
Let 'em be seen,
But we have to move on..
Forget not our past,
But let it not rule,
Love can only last,
when we are not fools..
Scars..,
will never go,
will never cease,
accept 'em and live..
